Director, Strategic Giving - 260057 : MGT-C70 Description: Job Summary: The Director, Strategic Giving is responsible for strategic advancement and operational leadership of the principal, major, mid-level, and planned giving programs of IEEE. The incumbent in this position aligns donor interests with organizational mission to maximize philanthropic growth. In addition to supervisory responsibilities, the Director, Strategic Giving, maintains a personal caseload of prospects and fundraising goals. This individual must be both a strategic thinker and a hands-on fundraiser – a builder who thrives on growth, innovation, and results. They report to the IEEE Foundation Executive Director and collaborate with the other IEEE Foundation senior leaders to coordinate efforts to enhance the overall visibility of the IEEE Foundation and IEEE social impact initiatives, and to ensure a robust, coordinated fundraising program and adherence to best practices and policies.
