Integration Manager

Job description

Position Summary The Integration Manager supports the organization’s strategic growth initiatives through mergers and acquisitions (M&A), partnerships, and business integration efforts. The role will lead the successful transition and integration of all acquisitions (post-close), through integration readiness assessments, developing integration strategies, target due diligence, and post-close integration management. This is a highly visible role at the center of TIC Solutions, focused on one of our core strategic priorities: integrating tuck-in acquisitions. A core focus will be integrating the businesses so they feel like a part of the TiC Solutions (Acuren/NV5) organization which is critical to our success. We are looking for a strong collaborator and relationship builder who can connect teams, create alignment, and keep complex initiatives moving.
