Collections Advisor

Job description

As a Collections Advisor, you will be responsible for handling customer contacts related to outstanding payments while delivering an excellent customer experience. You will support customers in resolving payment queries and finding appropriate solutions, always in line with data protection and compliance requirements. Job title: Collections Advisor Job Description: Your responsibilities: Achieving customer and client KPI targets in relation to all contacts received via multiple channels working within the requirements of data protection legislation Delivering an excellent customer experience by providing a customer-focused, right first-time service, managing any customer complaints to a satisfactory conclusion.
