Overview You will join our high performance team of Business Analysts and take full responsibility for a certain area within Business Analysis. The primary role in Business Analysis is to act as a key interface between the technical project team and user communities. You will serve as a liaison between the technical team and subject matter experts/end users. Responsibilities: - Gather and document business requirements, identifying current business needs and recommending solutions. - Create detailed data mapping from source to target systems, ensuring clarity and precision. - Evaluate client requirements to determine their compatibility with existing functionalities, define user stories and detailed acceptance criteria for each user story. - Analyse complex issues and translate them into actionable steps. - Anticipate post-production implications of delivered requirements and assess impacts on stakeholders. - Determine stakeholder involvement and assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
