Job description

Essential Functions & Responsibilities Include, but are not limited to: 1) Responsible for implementing collection policies and procedures on defaulted loans, follow up and resolution of payment plans, uncollected charges, inspections, customer interviews. 2) Coordinates contact with markets on past due loans and monitors collection plans. 3) Updates and prepares reports on progress related to past due loans which may require more intensive collection efforts. 4) Performs drive by inspections and assists with repossession and/or foreclosure actions and resulting property management needs. 5) Performs skip tracing, as needed. 6) Monitors court actions and filings and coordinates/creates related agreements. 7) Serves as a backup for other position(s) and performs other duties, as assigned. * 8) Enhances career through work experience and continuing education. * 9) Maintains compliance with federal, state and local laws and regulations. * 10) Participates and responds to examinations, audits and third party reviews. * 11) Complies with the Information Security Program and is accountable for maintaining a high level of risk and security awareness. * 12) Establishes a good image for the...
