Collaborate with executive management and division managers to develop annual budgets, including establishing schedules, collecting, analyzing, and consolidating financial data. Prepare, improve, and issue monthly financial statements for executive management and external parties; achieve budget objectives by scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, and initiating corrective actions. Ensure effective accounts receivable collection processes are maintained. Maximize return on financial assets by establishing and enforcing financial policies, procedures, controls, and reporting systems that protect assets and guide sound financial decisions. Monitor financial condition through internal audits and coordination with external auditors.
