Job Family: IT Training & Change Management (Digital) Travel Required: None Clearance Required: Ability to Obtain Public Trust What You Will Do: Design, develop, and deliver training and organizational change management products/activities to support integration of artificial intelligence-enabled software solutions for a multi-year document digitization and related software development project. What You Will Need: - Must be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "PUBLIC TRUST"; candidates must obtain approved adjudication of their PUBLIC TRUST prior to onboarding with Guidehouse. Candidates with an ACTIVE PUBLIC TRUST or SUITABILITY are preferred. - Bachelor Degree - Minimum of EIGHT (8) years of experience independently drafting client-facing strategic communications and/or change management materials - Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience developing and delivering IT systems training - The ability to independently own the training and change management workstream, to include development of project schedule/milestones/deliverables, and meet all project deadlines What Would Be Nice To Have: The annual salary range for this position is $113,000.00-$188,000.00.
