The ServiceNow HRSD Architect leads the architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions for enterprise clients. This role acts as the technical authority for HRSD modules—including Case & Knowledge Management, Employee Center/Portal, Lifecycle Events, and more—ensuring scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that align with business requirements and ServiceNow best practices.
