Manager Technical Activities Strategic Governance (E6036) - 260085 : MGT-B50 Description: Job Summary: The Manager, Strategic Governance oversees the IEEE Technical Activities Board Governance needs and manages processes related to the on-going management of new motions, edits, tracking, and compliance of governance procedures and documents such as the the TAB Operations Manual and related Society/Council governance documents are aligned properly with the IEEE requirements. The incumbent in this position is expected to be a strategic partner in assisting TA Staff and Volunteers through the process of introducing changes to operating manuals as well as S/C by-laws and constitutions such as new programs, changing procedures, funding new activities, etc. This position will actively engage with volunteers and staff within Technical Activities constituencies to recommend and support the development of effective governance structures around services, programs, and activities.
