Material Handler - 1st Shift

Shift: Monday-Thursday- 5:30am-4:00pm POSITION SUMMARY: The Materials Handler will perform tasks associated with the material handling process at RealTruck, including receiving materials, stocking, and inventory control, primarily using powered industrial trucks. CORE FUNCTIONS: - Load and unload raw materials from trailers; verifies accuracy against PO and packing slip in WMS. - Receive material deliveries, verifies items and quantities to PO, and acquires proper paperwork. - Efficiently moves materials to and from point of use, ensuring product quality is maintained. - Responsible for accurate takeaways or replacements of Kanban racks and empty racks. - Ensure product is properly labeled with part number, name, and quantity; rotates stock as needed. - Receive returned product; verifies warranty status; updates WMS; prepares product for disposal or return to stock. - Maintain accurate inventory; conducts cycle counts; transfers products in WMS; investigates and resolves variances. - Train other employees, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and other duties as assigned. - Operate a company vehicle in accordance with established traffic and transportation procedures and laws. - Co...
