The Area Operations Manager – Janitorial Services is responsible for managing daily janitorial operations across multiple buildings within a designated territory. This role ensures that UG2 service standards are consistently met or exceeded, overseeing staff performance, training, quality assurance, and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Supervision - Oversee janitorial teams across multiple client sites. - Schedule, train, and manage custodial staff, including supervisors and frontline workers. - Monitor attendance, productivity, and adherence to safety protocols. - Operations Management - Conduct routine inspections to ensure cleanliness and compliance with contract specifications. - Coordinate staffing levels based on client needs and site requirements. - Oversee inventory management, including cleaning supplies and equipment. - Client Relationship Management - Serve as the primary point of contact for building managers and clients. - Address and resolve service issues promptly and professionally. - Participate in regular meetings and provide updates to clients and senior management. - Compliance & Safety - Enforce safety standards and ensure team mem...
