Summary Under the direction of the Assistant Vice President - Payment Solutions, responsible for performing a variety of activities regarding delinquent accounts. This position requires vast knowledge of collection and bankruptcy laws and practices, and knowledge of consumer and mortgage loan documents. Expected Outcomes: - Low delinquency, members are current with payments. - Cause of delinquency is uncovered. - Members who are not able to cure their delinquency are identified in a timely manner. - Delinquency and compliance processes are completed accurately and in a timely manner. - Members are financially educated and referred to optional programs and services as needed. - Reporting and additional duties are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
