What You’ll Do: - Greet residents, visitors, and team members with warmth and professionalism. - Answer and direct incoming phone calls with efficiency and courtesy. - Assist residents with inquiries, requests, and scheduling needs. - Maintain a clean, organized, and secure front desk and lobby area. - Manage visitor logs, package deliveries, and community announcements. - Support the coordination of events, appointments, and transportation. - Respond to emergencies or resident alerts per protocol. - Provide general administrative support to the management team.
