Hospice Specialist/ Sales Representative

We’re seeking a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative to connect patients, healthcare providers, and our agency’s Hospice services. In this role, you’ll serve as a trusted liaison in the community, helping ensure smooth transitions to care while driving growth through strong partnerships. The annual base salary range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be between $80,000 - $100,000; however, pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including job-related knowledge, licensure, skills, and experience. We also have uncapped commission and a $3,000 sign-on bonus!
