This role is responsible for providing strategic leadership to the developmental preschool program , therapy, and ABA programs at the site, building Pediatrics Plus culture, and ensuring excellence in service. The Senior Director o versees all aspects of the site operations including preschool and therapy enrollment, leadership of team members , management of systems and processes at the site level, compliance to all state-mandated guidelines, revenue/expenses, and health and safety.
