Overview Our Psychiatric Care Unit is a 24 bed Inpatient and Designated Receiving Facility supporting our region. Our team approach is dynamic with a focus on empowering patients to take charge of their treatment and be able to move forward. With an average stay of 8 days, you will also have the opportunity to support and facilitate patient healing in a therapeutic environment. The successful candidate will be flexible and have a team-orientated approach to care. This is a day shift position with 3x12hr shifts per week 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. rotating across all 7 days. Responsibilities: Performs various patient care activities and related nonprofessional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comfort of patients. Assists nursing service personnel with a variety of patient care duties.
