Company Description The National Insights Manager’s primary responsibility is to provide national leadership on insights that inform top-line strategy and selling tools for Multi-Channel Sales, with a focus on long-term channel strategy. This role will lead the development of insights for monthly communications, retailer topline reviews, and business planning. It will involve a balance of strategic analysis and operational execution. Projects will span multiple channels, including Drug, Value, Specialty Retail, Business Development, and Military. Job Description: STRATEGIC ANALYSIS AND PLANNING: Lead and support the development of the multi-channel volume plan and forecast. Ensure best-in-class share and retailer planning processes across all channels, specifically including plan-to-actual gap analysis for both volume and budget. Develop and implement turnkey, scalable tools for measuring KPIs across all multi-channel verticals. Assess data, generate insights, and develop clear action plans to support growth.
