Responsibilities: Promptly greet and assist clients who enter or contact the dealership in a highly professional manner. Research upcoming advisor appointments prior to customers arriving. Assist in preparing customer paperwork and checklists. Greet guests by name when arriving. Perform guest walk around process. Contact customers on the status of their vehicle repair and respond to any customer questions. Collaborate with Service Advisors on work in process. May update systems. Coordinate the staging of vehicles according to pickup times.
