Unit: Specialty Resource Unit/SRU services 17 inpatient units, including Critical Care. They have three specialty teams: trauma, transport, and telehealth. 97% of our nurses are BSN, and 37% are clinically advanced. Orientation is phased from general populations to the more complex. Our mission is to provide high-quality personnel and resources to support inpatient units and departments across Cincinnati Children's, promoting child safety and health.
