Position Overview The Social Media Manager is the strategic lead for Duluth Trading Co.’s organic social ecosystem and creator strategy. Your primary objective is to amplify the "No Bull" brand voice through owned social channels and our high-impact external agency partnership. You will transition from "doing" to "directing"—ensuring that our Internal and agency partners deliver authentic, high-performing influencer programs and social content that drive brand heat, community loyalty, and customer acquisition. Position Details: Work Environment: At Duluth Trading Company, we value face-to-face interactions that foster our culture of learning, creativity, and teamwork. The role is based at our headquarters near Madison, WI. You will work in the office Monday through Thursday, with the option to work from home on Fridays if you prefer.
