Job description
Provide hands-on support for core HR functions and responsible for supporting the professional management of a busy, dynamic Human Resources Office on thriving college campus. As the front-facing member of the HR team, the Administrator is responsible for facilitating positive and engaging interactions with all customers. The HR Administrator serves as receptionist, providing customer service and level 1 triage for constituents on HR information, policies and procedures. This role supports the entire HR team with daily tasks and ongoing projects. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field without direct experience OR an Associate's degree with a minimum of three years of experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and ability to learn new technology quickly. Ability to work quickly and efficiently, and to manage frequent interruptions without frustration. Ability to maintain absolute confidentiality. Preferred Qualifications: 1 – 3 years of experience in Human Resources; experience working with confidential information.
