Innovative Therapeutic Services (ITS) is growing rapidly! We are currently looking for innovative clinicians or clinical social workers to join our growing family. Providers must be licensed in the State of Maryland (LMSW/LCSW-C/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT) and will be responsible for providing mental health services in person, in school, and via telehealth at a minimum of 10 hours per week. Providers must be willing to see children, adolescents, and/or adults. This position does have the opportunity to turn into a full-time salaried role. Please note: This is a HYBRID role. Qualifications and Skills: - Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy or Social Work - Licensed LMSW/LCSWC/LGPC/LCPC/LCMFT in the State of Maryland (active and in good standing) - Proficient in Microsoft Office, internet, EHR/EMR, excellent oral and written communication skills, and reliable transportation. - Position requires flexibility, organizational skills, creativity, and self-sufficiency.
