About the Role: Support financing execution — Assist in workstreams across high-yield bond issuances, senior secured term loans, and equipment / project finance facilities. Help manage diligence processes, track lender and counsel workstreams, and coordinate documentation through close. Analyze credit support arrangements — Review and model guarantees, credit wraps, off-take agreements, and other investment-grade backstop structures. Develop fluency in how these instruments affect debt sizing, covenant mechanics, and investor / lender underwriting.
