Joiner - Fire Doors (Installation & Remedial Works & Brickwork) Location - Leeds (Covering Yorkshire) Salary - Circa £42/44k (Inclusive of travel time) + benefits At NEO Property Solutions we specialise in the installation and maintenance of Fire Doors – both timber and composite. Our work ranges from Schools, Hospitals, Sports Arenas, Offices, Apartments, Social Housing, Retail Outlets to Care Homes and more. Each day is a little different. You might be carrying out remedial work on a double door set and bringing it back to regulations, installing new intumescent strips, upgrading hinges or installing ironmongery. The next day could involve a complete rip out of an old door and surround and installing a fully assembled new door set. Some projects may also involve constructing small substrate walls or bulkheads using brickwork or blockwork to accommodate new fire door set installations. What we need from you: - Reliability – first and foremost we need continuity and our joiners to turn up on site on time ready to roll. - A general capability to use technology - we record all works done on a mobile device, you’ll need to be comfortable using it (full training will be provided) - Bri...
