Works closely with project manager for the successful execution and delivery of projects. Assignments require independent action and decision making as well as ability to supervise others. RESPONSIBILITIES: ▪ Independently performs assignments with direction from project leadership as to expected general results. ▪ Fosters and maintains a collaborative professional working relationship with the Project Leadership Team. ▪ Participates in review of project costs and budgets, adherence to schedule. ▪ Participates in team meetings to resolve project issues, and coordinate with other disciplines. ▪ May assist with negotiating fees and contracts. ▪ Develops comprehensive understanding of clients’ program requirements, standards, and policies. ▪ Communicates with client on design requirements, specs, progress reviews an...
