Salary The salary range for this position is CAD $41.42/Hr. - CAD $55.91/Hr. Summary: As a Staff Nurse, you'll be at the forefront of patient care, working collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure patients/residents receive comprehensive support. Your responsibilities will include: - Assess patients' physical, social, spiritual, and psychological needs - Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans - Incorporate teaching into care plans to educate patients and families - Make referrals to resources as needed - Support fellow healthcare professionals - Operate within the framework of Providence Health Care's mission, vision, and values Education: Registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives as a practicing RN registrant, or in Residential Care and Mental Health, registration with the BC College of Nurses & Midwives as a practicing RN or a practicing RPN registrant.
