Position Overview: The Lifeguard Supervisor is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and welcoming aquatic environment for members and guests at the private venue. This role oversees all lifeguard staff, enforces safety protocols, ensures regulatory compliance, and maintains exceptional member service standards. The Lifeguard Supervisor leads by example, serving as the senior safety authority during assigned shifts and responding to all aquatic emergencies.
