Description POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCHER: - Design and execute experiments to study immune receptor function in pediatric leukemia models - Develop and optimize cellular immunotherapy approaches (e.g., engineered immune cells) - Perform and analyze in vitro and in vivo studies, including murine models - Utilize flow cytometry and other immunophenotyping techniques to characterize cell populations - Conduct molecular biology assays (e.g., PCR, cloning, gene expression analysis) - Maintain accurate records, analyze data, and prepare manuscripts and presentations - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to grant writing Qualifications: - Ph.D. in immunology, cancer biology, molecular biology, or a related field - Strong background in cell culture and cellular manipulation (including primary cells) - Experience with flow cytometry (panel design, acquisition, and analysis) - Proficiency in molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, cloning, CRISPR, sequencing) - Experience with small animal handling and in vivo models (e.g., mouse models of cancer) - Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong written and verbal communcation skills - • Experience...
