Description Job title: Associate Field Consultant: FLSA status: Exempt: Department: Operations: Reports to: Field Consultant: Position summary : The Associate Field Consultant is a developmental position to prepare for a potential Field Consultant role. The Associate Field Consultant is responsible for an assigned store to manage and oversee the overall operations of the location assigned. The Associate Field Consultant will work closely with the Field Consultant in that territory to train and develop and training under the assigned Field Consultant. Must demonstrate a commitment to personal development and to individual store and overall company success.
