We provided excellent care with a compassionate touch. This position is full time, days. The shift is Monday - Friday at Riley Children's Dental Clinic. Performs patient care services in a clinical setting under the supervision of a dentist or as directed by assigned supervisor. Assures accurate collection and reporting of patient intake data, medical history, cognitive/emotional diagnosis, and clinical care provided. Prioritizes patent care based on resources, unit volume, and patient prognosis. Facilitates smooth patient flow, provides patient education/teaching, explains insurance coverage/co-pays, and assures necessary documents are complete. Ensures the presence and proper arrangement of instruments, equipment, and supplies in the treatment area prior to each procedure.
