Position Overview: The Operations Manager Co-packing is responsible for managing all aspects of a supply chain operation. The hired person provides overall direction and oversight in the areas of performance, safety, P&L management, customer relations, continuous improvement, and associate development across multiple sites. The ideal candidate must have experience managing in a co-packaging or kitting environment.
