Company Description: - Support sales initiatives by coordinating operational reporting processes and ensuring alignment between sales targets and operational capabilities. - Manage and collect influencing/resell fees, client funds, and marketing budgets. Note that these processes vary per Alliance partner and require specific efforts. - Manage and maintain alliance relationships, facilitating communication and collaboration between internal teams and external partners. - Analyze market data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage. - Prepare comprehensive reports on sales performance, market dynamics, and alliance effectiveness. - Maintain and update CRM systems and other operational databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility. - Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency in sales and operational workflows. - Support the onboarding and management of new market initiatives and alliance partnerships. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable insights to stakeholders. - Assist in the development of sales and operations strategies aligned with market opportunities.
