Position Purpose: Responsible for performing Stamping Press operations. Hourly or Salary Range: $17.75 - $20.75 Essential Functions: - Maintain Environmental, Health & Safety Standards in the workplace - All essential functions as required for Press Operator Level 1 - Run Table Stamping Press, Web Stamping Press, and Bracket Dies, Rovetta 1 - Adjust presses when necessary - Use height gauges, micrometers, calipers, pin gauges - Rework - Fills out tags - Fills out steel log sheet and Reads blueprints - Always keeps work area clean - Works in a safe manner always - Other job duties may be assigned by supervisor Education and Training: - High School Diploma Minimum Qualifications: - Good verbal and written communication skills - Ability to read and understand blueprints - Must be able to use measuring equipment - Must be able to work independently - Ability to work well with others Physical Demands: - Must be able to lift 25lbs - Must be able stand continuously for 8 – 12 hours - Must be able to bend, twist and lift repetitively - Demonstrates dependability and adherence to all safety rules and regulations - Ability to work in tight places - Good hand/eye coordination and good motor s...
