Job Description: Customer Engagement and Services is a unit responsible for the management and development of IT applications and solutions supporting customer interfacing operations – such as Field Service Operations, Sales and Customer Relationship Management and related support activities. You will be part of a master data management team. This team is responsible for customer, vendor and contact master data solution.
