Department: Pharmacy Direct Supervisor: Pharmacy Operations Manager: FLSA Status: EXEMPT: Job Summary: Manage on-going day to day activities and readily available to all staff / personnel. Collaborates with Pharmacy Operations Manager and Clinical Manager to implement all new policies/procedures and programs at assigned location. Performs all duties of a licensed pharmacist; ensures the safety, security, and integrity of all medication; ensures strict adherence to all laws and regulations governing the dispensing and sale of pharmaceuticals; Upholds ALL Company policies and standard operating procedures. Essential Pharmacist and Manager Duties: - Ability to manage performance through motivation, coaching, and formal and informal feedback; completes performance evaluations - Ability to work collaboratively and align team to achieve corporate initiatives.
