Internship Customer & Operation Support Overview: By joining Peli Team in its EMEA Headquater in Barcelona, for your professional placement, you will have the opportunity to be an active member of the Customer Support & Supply Chain departments and obtain great exposure and learning about our company marketing activities. This vacancy is currently open for a minimal length of 3 months. What You’ll Do: - Assist in analyzing customer support data to identify trends and improvement opportunities - Support ongoing process optimization initiatives within the Customer Service team - Participate in mapping customer journeys to detect pain points and inefficiencies - Provide support on other projects as directed by the Customer support & Supply Chain teams.
