About the role: As a Machine Operator you will be responsible to run one type of softgel product on the softgel machines and spreads the product onto trays for drying. Operator I is an entry level to mid-level position where the individual is learning the basics of a Softgel Encapsulation machine. How will you contribute: Spreads softgels on trays after tumble dryer. Maintains supply of tray paper and empty trays at back of dryer. Cleans and maintains processing rooms and equipment. Sets-up equipment for processing operations. Stirs medicine as needed. Performs gel/medicine changes. Performs or verifies batch record entries. Disposes of gelatin netting.
