Join JPMorgan Chase Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) as a Role Readiness Associate and help shape how teams learn, adapt, and perform across end-to-end loan operations. You’ll partner with subject matter experts to create engaging, role-specific training and knowledge resources that accelerate new-hire readiness and support change at scale. As a Role Readiness Associate in Wholesale Lending Services (WLS), you will be part of a team responsible for the training and knowledge management needs of the organization. Wholesale Lending Services (WLS) is part of the JPMorgan Commercial & Investment Bank providing commercial lending support to multiple business units across the firm. The Operation provides loan documentation; closing and funding; payment and fee processing; syndicated loan processing; credit administration; collateral perfection and management; customer service and reporting; and construction management.
