Job Description Summary/Objective: We recruit highly skilled individuals for a variety of disciplines in the construction field. Qualified applicants will have experience working on Heavy Civil, Roadway or Bridge Projects. Applicants must be familiar with working from heights and/or Manlifts. Must be able to work as part of a team to accomplish a common goal. Essential Functions: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Must work with the General Superintendent to ensure the schedule is met. Complete supervision and responsibility for the job site field operations, including daily maintenance of all roadways within the work area. Jobsites are kept in a safe condition for Contractors, Subcontractors, and the traveling public, whether on foot or by vehicle. Maintain accurate reporting records, including job quantities, time sheets, and daily management reports.
