Job Summary Under general direction, coordinates placement, onboarding, education, and management activities for nursing/clinical support staff, students, and/or other personnel. Functions within the framework of the policies and procedures of the health care system and demonstrates partnership, collaboration, and accountability. This role is critical to the success of the program, managing several activities at a time. Responsible for coordinating and relationship building with managers and clinical departments across the health system for clinical staff/students and nursing/clinical support staff education related to programmatic activities. Essential Functions: - Coordinates the process of onboarding new hire nursing/nursing support staff, and/or nursing/nursing support students. Ensures that new team members documentation is complete. - Assists department with materials for onboarding and classroom management including scheduling, set up, tear down and paperwork management. - Uses a variety of communication tools to communicate with new and current team members, including students, to provide a seamless process for onboarding and class attendance.
