Job Title Reliability Electrician IV Position Overview: Shaw Industries is seeking a Reliability Electrician IV to t rain and mentor reliability electricians 1-3, ensuring they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively. Involves design, installation, repair and maintenance of electrical systems. Use of testing devices to troubleshoot electrical issues and inspect various electrical components . M aintain and upkeep equipment as assigned and p articipate in root cause analysis of machinery fa ult s , identify the necessary steps to correct the fa ults , and make repairs and participate in finding solutions to eliminate future recurrence of the fa ults.
