Metz Culinary Management is growing, and we have openings for Rock Star Baristas that have a passion for making hand crafted hot and cold coffee & tea beverages. We are seeking energetic team players with a winning attitude that deliver exceptional customer service to all guests in a fun and busy college setting. Requirements: •Previous Barista experience required •Knowledge of how brewing equipment operates. •SERV Safe Certification •Ability to bend, twist, squat, reach, crawl, push/pull, and stand without limitation and for long periods of time •Ability to carry 50lbs on a consistent basis •Reading, writing, oral proficiency, and basic math skills Responsibilities: •This position is responsible for preparing, stocking, and maintaining your station continuously throughout the day •Greets guests determining their coffee interests and needs •Educates guests by presenting and explaining the coffee drink menu and answering questions •Preparing and serving a variety of coffee drinks following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques along with serving pastries, sandwiches, and other food items •Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following organization standards and sa...
