Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive “whole health” services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social drivers of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in four Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. Position Summary: This position will provide quality integrated primary health care services and medication management to patients at Aspire Indiana Health in an outpatient setting, and will perform as an independent and interdependent member of the medical services team providing integrated general medical and behavioral health care to Aspire clients, , which may include children, adolescents, adults, and elderly clients in need of services as assigned by the Medical Director.
