JOB SUMMARY: Lead the implementation of Advanced Work Packaging methodology across global projects, aligning Project Functions and Construction Workface Planning Methodology in accordance with Unifi standards and digital workflows. Develop procedures, training, coaching, and communication programs for field teams and engineering stakeholders to support Advanced Work Packaging adoption and compliance. Develop operational dashboards for the company’s projects, including the construction or maintenance of structures, facilities, or systems, which provide project management teams with near-live information. Create and manage the 3-Week Look-Ahead schedules using SitePro, integrating data from project controls, quantity tracking, and material systems. Evaluate job specifications to determine appropriate construction methods, including cost-effectiveness. Act as a subject matter expert for troubleshooting WFP-related issues encountered at project sites. Monitor subcontractor and field execution to ensure conformance with specific procedures and standards.
