Job description
Intapp's Sales and Revenue Operations teams rely on a best-in-class quoting and opportunity management system to close deals faster and maintain audit integrity. We're seeking a CRM Specialist to own the design and continuous improvement of our DealCloud and Opportunity-to-Quote ecosystem. You'll partner with Sales Operations, Finance, and Product teams to architect workflows that accelerate deal velocity, enforce pricing governance, and reduce manual work. What you will do: Solution Design & Architecture Design the end-to-end quote lifecycle: qualification → configuration → pricing → approval → closure Become an expert in DealCloud and opportunity-to-quote workflows Define integration architecture between DealCloud, CPQ tools, and downstream billing/contract systems Establish dashboards and reporting to track pipeline, conversion, and approval bottlenecks Operational Leadership & Governance: Develop and maintain solution documentation and design standards Own quote approval hierarchies, discount governance, and pricing strategy implementation Design and enforce data validation rules, stage progression logic, and audit trails across the opportunity lifecycle Establish best practice...
