Senior Product Manager, Risk Evaluation & Delivery

Job description

As a Senior Product Manager, Risk Evaluation & Delivery , you will be responsible for defining and driving the product roadmap in alignment with the product vision and Objectives & Key Results. You will collaborate with Product Owners, Digital & Technology leaders, business owners, and key stakeholders to gather input and refine priorities. Your role will involve integrating usability studies, customer research, and data/AI standards into product requirements to ensure a customer driven, high impact, and compliant design. You will define and maintain end-to-end product journeys, identifying data input/output needs and aligning with value stream goals, while ensuring the customer experience meets standards set by the Customer Advocacy Center of Excellence. This role supports a portfolio of products that enable digital risk evaluation, underwriting decisioning, and the delivery and communication of underwriting outcomes across customer-facing and field-facing channels.
