As MHC continues to grow, we have an opening for an Assembler. The Assembler is responsible for fabricating and assembling components for truck equipment from pre-cut metals and raw material. Reads and interprets assembly instructions and item lists to ensure correct measurements and proper installation of parts. - Gathers requisite parts, sub-assemblies, and materials to complete assembly project. - Performs metal fabrication operations using conventional metal shop equipment, welding processes, and related equipment. - Accurately and efficiently assembles parts and sub-assemblies, while ensuring the correct parts and hardware are used and installed correctly. - Ensures all assembly operations and components on truck equipment are within specified tolerances. - Uses general shop equipment such as impact guns and tools, hammers, wrenches, and a variety of ot...
