The Engineering Sales Operations Lead is focused on the smooth delivery of the Engineered Systems to ensure world-class sales and customer service support. This position is responsible for implementing and executing processes, policies and procedures, organizing and coordinating engineering workflow from the field to the engineers. What you'll do: Order Submittal – Ensure complete and accurate Questionnaires are submitted consistently and through the formalized process. Responsible for completion and accuracy quality control Ensure opportunity creation and updates: Consult on requested solution to assure best solution for the customer Submit to engineering with best chance for no revision Work with ERPDM on best solution results and sales rep development Conceptual Plan Development – Work with sales team to create the ideal solution for the customer.
