What You’ll Be Doing: Room Cleaning & Maintenance Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Holiday Inn’s high standards. Make beds, replenish amenities, and ensure that all areas are tidy and well-maintained. Promptly report maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor. Public Area Maintenance Keep public spaces, including corridors and the lobby, clean and organized to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Assist with cleaning and organizing back-of-house areas when needed. Guest Interaction & Service Deliver friendly, courteous service to all guests.
