Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver one-on-one career coaching, navigation, and stabilization services tailored to participant needs. Conduct assessments to identify employment goals, training needs, skills, and barriers; develop individualized service plans. Provide accurate information about career pathways, credentials, and industry opportunities. Facilitate workshops and group sessions on job readiness, resume writing, and interview skills. Offer referrals to training, education, and wraparound support services such as counseling, healthcare, or financial aid.
